GoShuttle India provides app-based shuttle transportation services for daily commuters in Kolkata and nearby areas. Users are required to provide accurate and complete information while registering or booking a ride. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in suspension or cancellation of access to our services.<\/p>

All ride bookings are subject to seat availability, operational feasibility, and route schedules. GoShuttle India reserves the right to modify routes, boarding points, timings, fares, or vehicle allocations at any time without prior notice due to traffic conditions, weather, maintenance requirements, government regulations, or operational reasons.<\/p>

Passengers are expected to arrive at the boarding point before the scheduled departure time. GoShuttle India shall not be responsible for missed rides due to late arrival by passengers. The company also reserves the right to deny boarding to any passenger involved in misconduct, abusive behavior, intoxication, or activities that may disturb other passengers or staff.<\/p>

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted through their accounts. GoShuttle India shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from the user\u2019s negligence.<\/p>

All fares displayed on the platform are subject to applicable taxes and service charges. Payments made through online gateways must be completed successfully for booking confirmation. In case of payment failure, booking confirmation shall not be guaranteed. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the journey. GoShuttle India shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage of luggage or personal items left inside the vehicle or at boarding points.<\/p>
